2.2. Items are eligible for return if they meet the following requirements:
The product has not been used;
Original tags and packaging are intact;
There is no damage or stains;
Items do not belong to personal hygiene categories (e.g., underwear, swimwear, personal-use accessories), unless specified otherwise in special offers.
3. Return Procedure
3.1. To initiate a return, the customer must:

Provide the order number and reason for return.
3.2. After confirmation, the customer will receive instructions on how to send the item back to our warehouse.
3.3. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets return conditions.
