Ukraine

  • We dispatch within 1-2 business days of your order.
  • Nova Poshta then delivers in 1-3 business days: to a branch, a parcel locker, or to your address by courier.
  • Shipping is charged at Nova Poshta’s own rates.

International

  • 5-10 business days to most countries.
  • Times vary with the destination and with customs processing.
  • Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

Payment

You pay by card at checkout. The payment page is secure and we never see or store your card details.

Packing

Every order is packed to arrive in the condition it left in. Orders are processed on business days only; during peak seasons dispatch can take slightly longer.

Returns

14 days to return, plus a 30 day warranty on hardware and stitching. Full terms are on the Returns and exchanges page.

Refund and Return Policy

1. General Terms

1.1. These policies define the procedure for returning and refunding items purchased in our online clothing store.

1.2. By purchasing products from our store, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. Changes will not affect orders placed before the update.

2. Return Conditions

2.1. Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving the order.

2.2. Items are eligible for return if they meet the following requirements:


  • The product has not been used;


  • Original tags and packaging are intact;


  • There is no damage or stains;


  • Items do not belong to personal hygiene categories (e.g., underwear, swimwear, personal-use accessories), unless specified otherwise in special offers.

3. Return Procedure

3.1. To initiate a return, the customer must:


  • Contact our support team via email or the website form;


  • Provide the order number and reason for return.

    3.2. After confirmation, the customer will receive instructions on how to send the item back to our warehouse.

    3.3. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets return conditions.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

4.2. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the error is on the store’s side (wrong item, damaged item, defective item).

4.3. We reserve the right to deduct shipping costs if only part of the order is returned or the item does not meet return conditions.

5. Exchanges

5.1. Exchanges are possible only if the desired item is in stock.

5.2. The exchange procedure follows the same steps as returns, with a new order processed afterward.

6. Responsibility

6.1. We are not responsible for delays in refunds caused by banks or payment services.

6.2. All disputes are resolved according to applicable law.
